does anyone have source code for uploading master recipe using BDC?

C201...for uploading task list, master data in production planning

CS01 -> Creating Bill Of Material

C201 -> Creating Recipe -> Where you can attach Bill Of Material and Resource. Master recipes are mainly used for planning the manufacture of products. However, you can also use them to describe the clean-out or changeover of a production line. Master recipes are used as a reference for process orders as well as the basis for product costing.

No need coding....
SAP could generate the source code, first thing u go to tcode SHDB,
create a new recording, after that u save ur recording... . Then select
that recording , click create program... done....

Iam a new abaper. I have code the BDC to upload data for some T_code MC84, mc94, crc1. But T_code C201 I don't know How to code the BDC to upload data for T_code C201? How to control the cursor when user select of each row....? Please help me, I need code for it now, it's important for me ...
