MM month end & year end activites

plz let me know the deatils about the MM month end & year end closing activities

there is no specific things need to perform in year end for MM is concerned.

for month end as per management decision we need to open the next month by using MMPV transaction.

plz note that once month is closed it's not easy to again re open in MM module.
