I had created a service order with warranty for a spare material in SAP CRM Web UI . Order got saved and successfully replicated to ECC system without any errors , but when the user is trying to do the billing for the same , system is asking to enter the Order reasons for the Item .
Client Requirement : As the order reasons are made mandatory in CRM while Service order creation , ecc system should not ask to enter the order reasons while billing . The order reasons given in CRM should be mapped automatically to the ECC system as well .
Initial Trouble shooting done : Checked the order reasons in SAP CRM and ECC are same
Kindly give the solution to address this issue . Is this mapping acitivity has to be done in SAP CRM or SAP ECC .
