IP Address of Active User

Updated May 18, 2018

Dear gurus,
how can we check the IP address of active users in our SAP system?
what is the TCode?
if there isn`t any TCode, is it possible to create a report?
Thank You in advance,

Dear you run transaction SM04 then go to settings --> layout --> current
in it on right side u will see ip address select it and clik on <--
button u will get ip addresses of active sessions. It is working I m
    sending u screen shot ...
Please follow the procedure u will get IPS of active users.
Girwar.. there are no selection for IP address in
layout sm04 and I think only can be viewed matching
with user id or terminal in sm04 to os01.. agree?

    Hi there,

i`ve checked the content of table usr41, but it just shows the IP addr of SAProuter and client`s computer name (not the IP addr).
i think if SAP system is able to get the client`s computer name, it should be able to get the IP addr too..
but the problem is how to change the view mode into IP addr instead of client`s computer name?
is that what you mean by using a customized program?
if it so, then i have to ask the ABAPers...
Do one thing check out table usr41…try it If it will help you,,,, Even if you are behind SAP Router there are ways to get IP address but then you need to right a program.
first, thank you all for your respond.
i`m sorry i forgot to tell you that my SAP server is behind the SAProuter, so that the IP Address that come up from SM04 is the IP address of SAProuter.

is there any other way to solve my problem?
        Thank You for helping...

    Hi
yes you`re right, but i got no DNS server here, therefore i use NETBIOS protocol.
if i run a ping command, it does show the IP (using NETBIOS over TCP/IP protocol).

But, since NETBIOS protocol is a non-routable protocol, it can`t pass the router.
it`s okay if the client is in the same network (doesn`t need to pass the router), but if the client is in another network, it failed to resolve the IP address.
    Any solution?

    Thanks for helping
