Deletion of Access key is basically don through SAP marketplace.
The access key is generally stored in devaccess table for any user. In sap marketplace go yo support portal-> click on keys and requests-> enter the installation no of the system and then enwr the key after looking in devaccess table. The key will be shown.
Just delete it from there.
